These Terms govern your purchase and use of products from Ritualyn ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.
1. What we sell
We sell digital and, where stated, physical products such as symbolic rituals, educational guides and spiritual items. Each product page describes exactly what you receive and how and when it is delivered. Digital products are delivered by email.
2. Spiritual, symbolic and educational nature
Our products are reflective, creative and educational. None is a service to harm, threaten, harass or control any person. We will not prepare or fulfil content intended to harm another person and may refuse or cancel an order, with a full refund, if it appears to have that purpose.
3. No guarantees
We make no promise of any supernatural, physical, emotional, financial, legal or real-world outcome. Nothing we provide is medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. If you are struggling, please speak to a qualified professional or someone you trust.
4. Orders and payment
Prices are shown in the currency at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your card details. An order is confirmed when payment succeeds. We may cancel and refund any order we cannot fulfil.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are stated on each product page. Please provide a correct email address. See our Refund & Delivery policy.
6. Reviews
Reviews on this site are labeled either "Verified purchase" (from a customer who bought through this shop) or "Shared by customer via" a named channel (a review a customer sent us directly and allowed us to publish). We moderate reviews and may hide any that are abusive, unlawful or off-topic.
7. Intellectual property
All content is owned by us or our licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own private purposes. You may not copy, resell or distribute it.
8. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms; the version published when you order applies to that order. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
